AERO THE ACROBAT! AT LAST! A GAME TYLER AND DAVE HAVE BEEN WAITING TO BE CHOSEN BY THE RANDOMIZER! WE SAW SO MANY ADS IN COMIC BOOKS! SERIOUSLY, SO MANY ADS. THAT MEANS ITS AWESOME, RIGHT? RIGHT?!

Ep. 560 – World League Soccer

Okay, hear us out. Yes, this is TADPOG. Yes, this is a World League Soccer. Yes, we are not sport ballers. Give us a chance! We think this is a pretty funny episode (as long as you aren’t actually looking for quality soccer content). We talk Saved by the Bell, getting old, Harvey Keitel, and some pretty good redneck portmanteaus.

Ep. 559 – Spanky's Quest

Well, we have arrived. The Randomizer has given us the tropiest trope of games with the lowest hanging fruit. Spanky's Quest for the SNES. It has a monkey. His name is Spanky. Go ahead. Ep. 558 – Madden on SNES

American Football. The Big Game. Grid Iron. Pig Skin. Touchdowns. These are all things TADPOG knows nothing about yet still we soldier on through the chaos that is The Randomizer. Ep. 557 – No Escape

We thought it was a taunt by the Randomizer at first, but it turns out there is an SNES game based on a movie by the same name “No Escape”. Well, apparently this movie was quite the flop but it was not without its fans. One of those fans is our beloved Sandwich Pope Phil, so we had to bring him on. We recount the movie, and the game but we really get into a deep discussion of Wild Hogs. Enjoy!

Ep. 556 – Ren & Stimpy SNES Games

Tyler and Dave loved Nicktoons growing up. Doug, Rugrats, Rocko’s Modern Life — and one more that the Randomizer had to ruin for us, Ren & Stimpy. So the Randomizer dealt us Ren & Stimpy: Fire Dogs for the SNES. But we decided to finish off the whole series and throw in Time Warp, Veediots, and Buckroo$ just to torture ourselves. We hope you enjoy our pain but we also do a deep dive into the good and bad history of Ren & Stimpy (along with it’s creator, John K.) There is plenty of nostalgia to soak in, along with the cringe of how awful John K is.

Ep. 555 – Power Moves

Tyler and Dave love fighting games. Especially Dave. So the Randomizer went full Monkey’s Paw with giving us Power Moves, a clone of a clone of a clone of Street Fighter II. But don’t worry – we also have some hot takes on Jared from Subway and clear up out stance on the edgiest of issues.

"Pour the silver!" Dave shouted at Tyler. Tyler quickly poured the molten silver into the pentagram mold while chanting the opera scene from Final Fantasy VI backward. "Light our candles at my signal." Tyler said, he and Dave, nodding to each other. "Now." Tyler flatly said, as he and Dave lit their replica of the candles Rita Repulsa used to take away the Green Ranger's powers. "It is finished, The Randomizer is sealed...for now." Dave said with an exhausted smile. NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT THE SUPER SCOPE! We were given a great gift by Usurper Grimm with a boxed Super Scope. So we have to talk about the Super Scope and it's packed-in game Super Scope 6. But we do try a hot sauce, talk about port-a-potty problems and delve into some childhood memories. Enjoy!

The Randomizer mumbled something at us. “What? Speak, beast.” Dave commanded. “urosmif” the Randomizer grumbled lazily. “TELL US THE GAME!” Tyler shouted. The Randomizer grinned, “Aerosmith.” Tyler and Dave knew that was no game. “REVOLUTION X!” The Randomizer sang in its best Steven Tyler impression. That’s right! Remember that arcade game?
